Them Dairy delivers organic farm milk from Sommerbjerg. The milk is supplied by Mads Helms from his farm Sommerbjerg, which is situated in the beautiful area of Mid-Jutland, Denmark.
Mads focus on milk quality, traceability and animal welfare. His 700 milking cows are grazing during the summer (April-October), and Mads Helms is providing a unique milk quality and standard of animal welfare.
